Rezq is also proficient in drafting sales and purchase contracts for a both commercial and residential real estate. He widely works on the registration process of Trademarks before administrative authorities and participated in many disputes before the administrative courts to register trademarks which resulted in favorable judgements for our clients.

Ahmed Rezq joined our team in 2011. Graduating from the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University in 2006, Rezq has gained extensive experience as a prominent litigator across different legal fields, such as commercial law, civil law, labor law, corporate law and intellectual property law.

 Throughout his time at Eldib Advocates, Rezq has also played a key role in the establishment of various companies through the General Authority for Investment [GAFI], handling all procedures needed with diligence and care such as approving contracts, amending the articles of company association, approving minutes of board meetings, as well as the additionally required procedures before the commercial registry offices.
