Khadija Eino

As a banking lawyer, Eino also advises on-shore and off-shore banks and financial institutions and reviews facility agreements and security and finance documents. Her practice also focuses on providing legal advice on tax and customs related matters and claims before the Egyptian tax and customs authorities and courts.

Eino was seconded at two different multi-national companies in 2023, where she assisted the two companies in all their corporate day-to-day matters. She has also worked as an anti-trust and competition lawyer in 2022 where she reviewed contracts for high-profile clients in light of the Egyptian laws and regulations and the international competition regulations. She assisted off-shore clients with IP related matters before the relevant authorities in Egypt.

While being a member of our maritime team, Eino has expanded her specialization to encompass all areas of shipping and commercial litigation and handling the shipping disputes from charter-party and bill of lading disputes to cargo and demurrage claims. She has developed her expertise in also solving the claims, which may occur between the terminals, and shipping lines/consignees/shippers and freight forwarders.

Her past experience and career background allow her to play a critical role and to be involved in both our maritime and corporate teams.

Khadija joined Eldib in 2024. Prior to Eldib, Khadija worked in the corporate/banking field at specialized law firms in Cairo, which offered her the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge in the areas of corporate and commercial laws.

Eino’s practice focuses on corporate commercial/M&A and equity and debt capital market. She particularly advises clients on public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities laws and regulations, and other corporate finance activities. She works with clients to help them navigate the complex legal and regulatory requirements of their capital market transactions. Additionally, she advises high-profile clients on real estate projects.
