In October 2023 Rouchdi rejoined Eldib Advocates, mainly practicing Civil Law, advising on real estate disputes, drafting sale and purchase agreements in addition to mentoring the firms up and coming junior associates. Rouchdi is a key asset and figure at Eldib Advocates, bridging local and regional commercial laws to best assist and attend to our clients needs.

Mohamed is a one of Eldib Advocates Partners and the Head of the Arbitration and Alternative Disputes team. Rouchdi has been practicing as a lawyer since 1994 dealing with wide range of disputes in various fields, such as Employment and Labor, Real Estate and Property, Construction and Engineering.

Rouchdi joined Eldib Advocates back in 1994, having practiced Maritime Law and Banking regulations, with a great experience in both contentious and non-contentious claims..

In 2004, Rouchdi moved to the United Arab Emirates [UAE] and practiced Civil and Commercial Law before both the UAE courts and Arbitration Center till 2023.
