Naccash joined our office in January 1989, he is a member of a high caliber team whose duty is to assist our lawyers to professionally achieve the best results.

He is in charge of handling maritime disputes, cargo claim cases and customs cases for protecting the interests of all our clients and P&I Clubs, and managed through his experience to solve several cases on amicable basis. He is also an expert in handling disputes with the customs administration.

The particular cases that he handled were those concerning incidents resulting from vessels’ contacts with oil platforms at Sokhna and Sidi Kreir ports.
