Yasmine Serageldin is a Second-year associate at our Alexandria branch. In 2021, she earned a double degree in law from the University of Pantheon Sorbonne – Cairo University, and a Master’s degree in international business law. In 2022, she earned her second master’s degree in international arbitration.

During her short time here, she has shown great skills in corporate law, intellectual property law, maritime law and arbitration.

She used her language skills in Arabic, English and French to enrich relationships with our clients and to participate in a lot of legal fields.

She has involved in many corporate fields, including company establishment, management of Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) and Ordinary General Meetings (OGMs) and Free Zones licensing and registration processes.
